How will I be paid?
By bank transfer on the day we collect, before we drive away. We will never ask you to hand over the van until you are happy and the payment has been made.
Is collection really free?
Yes. We collect from your home, site, yard or depot at no cost to you, at a time that suits you.
Are there really no fees?
Yes. No admin fee, no BACS or transfer fee, no collection charge and nothing deducted from the price we agree.
What is the 7-day price hold?
Once we've made you an offer, it stays fixed for seven days so you have time to decide.
What if there is outstanding finance on the van?
We settle the finance as part of the sale and pay you the balance. Get a settlement figure from your lender when you ask for your valuation.
Do you buy from businesses and sole traders?
Yes. We buy from private sellers, sole traders, limited companies and fleets. Tell us whether the van is VAT-qualifying when you ask for your valuation and we will take it into account.
Does racking or ply lining add value?
It can. Fitted racking, ply lining, roof bars, tow bars, tail lifts and inverters are all worth mentioning, so list what is fitted.
Do you buy vans that are damaged or do not run?
Yes. High mileage, MOT failures, accident damage, warning lights and non-runners are all considered. Tell us honestly and we will price it as it is.
